Description
The Certified Canadian Logistics Professional (CCLP) designation recognizes expertise in Canadian supply chain logistics.
To earn the CCLP designation through the program of study, a learner must complete five specialized logistics courses and demonstrate general business knowledge - either through recognition of prior learning or by taking recognized courses.
Criteria
CITT-Certified Logistics Professionals are proven experts in logistics management. A CCLP® designation holder has demonstrated competency in integrated logistics, transportation, distribution, customs and regulatory compliance, operations management, risk management, relationship management and leadership.
CCLP designation holders work across industry for "shippers" in nearly every sector, including CPG, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, food & grocery, and beyond. They are also well-represented in "carrier" and other logistics service provider companies across road, rail, marine, and air, 3/4PLs, ports, consultancies, and many other ancillary service providers to the transportation, distribution and logistics industry.
Professionals earn the CCLP designation by either successfully completing the CCLP program of courses, or the Challenge On-Ramp process consisting of a Challenge exam and structured interview. All CITT-Certified Logistics Professionals also confirm a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, commit to continuing professional development, and agree to uphold the CITT by-laws and Code of Professional Ethics.
