The Excellence in Participation: On to the Future Program Microcredential is offered to On To the Future (OTF) program participants who excel in the program. Upon successful completion, participants receive a digital badge that serves as a verifiable record of their acquired skills and competencies. This badge can be shared with employers or other networks to demonstrate expertise.

To successfully earn the Excellence in Participation: On to the Future microcredential, OTF participants must complete designated activities in the following categories: Participation in Activities, Professional Development, Mentorship Engagement, and Reflection or Self-Assessment
