The Canadian College of Health Leader’s Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation recognizes effective leadership in the Canadian health system. It is the only leadership designation in Canada for all health leaders and is aligned to the LEADS Domains which supports self-directed, and life-long learning.
Maintenance of Certification (MOC): There is an obligation for certified members to earn a minimum of 7 MOC I and 33 MOC II credits during a five (5) year block (pre-determined by the College).
Candidates who have achieved the CHE designation have completed the following:
- LEADS 360 Assessment and 90-minute debriefing by a certified LEADS Executive Coach
- Leadership Development Plan
- LEADS Learning Series or Equivalent
- LEADS in Action Project
- Candidate Self-Evaluation
